It's just not my thing May 5, 2010 BB Indiana (USA) I'm a "brief" guy but I thought I would live dangerously and give boxers a try.
These are fine, I've washed them a couple of times and they keep their shape and color but 'Boxers' just aren't for me.
Nice assortment and made well and now I don't know what the heck I will do with these.
Good value for the money September 29, 2009 Andrew F (Seattle, WA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These boxers are well made and comfortable. However, they do run a little large so be aware of that when you order. But, for everyday wear they are a good deal.
Spring for better quality for a few more cents November 21, 2009 E. Torices (LA, USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought a pack of these and would have to agree with "A Reviewer 'From California'" these boxers are incredibly thin. The material is really flimsy and makes you wonder if they are going to fall apart next time you wash them. I typically buy my boxers at either the Gap or Macy's when they have theim on sale for $5. At the current price for these you're paying about $4.25 per boxer and it's quality is questionable. I suggest springing for the "designer" brands at your local department store instead.
Boxer Shorts November 9, 2009 bratzwerk (upstate) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I think that these boxer shorts were probably designed by a woman. Why else would the opening (in front) be in a place where it is unusable by any male in the standing position. Now pull them down and sit down and everything is fine, but then why have an opening at all? Compared to the access issue the pilling problem is minor. Also, they look really sexy on a woman and seem to be a better overall fit. They are very well priced. That wasn't an issue I cared about and sewing the opening in in a better location would not change the cost of production so it is no excuse, but at least when you toss them out you don't get a lump in your throat the way I did when I tossed out my $50 English boxers for the same reason.
Junk!!! November 10, 2009 A Reviewer (Los Angeles County, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
How is it possible to make the fabric so thin and still not have it fall apart? These are junk! These are the worst quality, thinnest, inconsistent sizing, weird colors, poorly made, and just not worth the money. It's better to pay more money for quality, comfort and better fit. The fabric has a strange itchy sensation, and sometimes there is a small fragment of a twig or a piece of a leaf weaved into the fabric. Sometimes the fabric bunches up in a really uncomfortable way. Some batches are better than others. Some of them just bunch up under your jeans and feel terrible! Many of these were purchased and thrown out in the trash after only wearing them once. Sometimes the elastic band is way too tight, or becomes excessively loose after a few washings. Some little bumps form inside the elastic band, that creates spots of itchiness all around the elastic band. Unbelievable how bad the quality is. This company has really gone down from its original standards. Just buy it and see for yourself, and you too will decide never to buy Fruit of the Loom products ever again!
